Employers may submit job listings ("listings") to our platform free of charge. By submitting a listing, you agree to the following:

1. Accuracy — all information in your listing must be truthful, complete, and not misleading. This includes job titles, salary ranges, company names, job descriptions, and requirements.
2. Review process — all listings are reviewed by our team before going live. We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any listing that does not meet our quality standards or violates these Terms.
3. No embedded contact info — do not include URLs, email addresses, or phone numbers in the job description field. Use the dedicated contact fields instead. Listings with embedded contact information will not pass review.
4. Listing validity — you are responsible for ensuring your listing remains accurate. If a position is filled or no longer available, contact us to remove the listing promptly.
5. Private information — the phone number and instant messaging account you provide are used exclusively for platform-to-employer communication. They will never be displayed to applicants. See our Privacy Policy for details.

3. User Submissions

Users may submit various content to our platform, including contact form messages and, where applicable, teacher stories or testimonials. By submitting content, you agree that:

• Your submission is your original work or you have permission to share it.
• Your submission does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
• You grant OnlineTesolJob.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to publish, display, and distribute your submission on our platform and related promotional materials.
• We may edit submissions for length, clarity, or formatting, but we will not alter the meaning or intent of your content.

4. Teacher Story Submissions

If you submit a teacher story for publication on our Teacher Stories page, additional terms apply:

1. Copyright — you retain ownership of your story. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to publish it on OnlineTesolJob.com. You may publish the same story elsewhere.
2. Authenticity — your story must reflect your genuine personal experience. Fabricated stories, plagiarized content, or AI-generated text presented as personal experience will be rejected.
3. Community guidelines — stories must be respectful and constructive. Do not include defamatory statements about specific employers, colleagues, or students. Do not include personal identifying information of third parties without their consent.
4. Editorial review — all stories undergo editorial review before publication. We may suggest edits for readability, remove identifying details, or decline to publish. Our editorial decisions are final.
5. Removal — you may request removal of your published story at any time by contacting us. We will process removal requests within 14 business days.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not use OnlineTesolJob.com to post, transmit, or facilitate:

• Fraudulent listings — fake job postings, scam schemes, or listings from non-existent companies.
• Discriminatory content — listings or submissions that discriminate based on race, gender, age, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or disability, except where legally permitted occupational requirements apply.
• Spam or malware — automated submissions, bulk messages, or any content containing viruses or malicious code.
• Illegal content — anything that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction or the jurisdictions where our platform operates.
• Misrepresentation — impersonating another person or entity, or falsely claiming affiliation with an organization.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules and to restrict access for users who repeatedly violate our Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The OnlineTesolJob.com platform, including its design, logo, layout, code, and original content, is owned by OnlineTesolJob.com. This includes:

• Our site design and user interface.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of information in job listings. Employers are responsible for the content they submit.
• We do not guarantee employment to any job seeker who uses our platform.
• We do not verify the credentials, qualifications, or background of individual job seekers.
• We do not endorse any specific employer, teaching platform, or TESOL course provider listed on our site.

Job seekers should independently verify any employer, job offer, or salary claim before making employment decisions. Always conduct your own research.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• OnlineTesolJob.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost income, data loss, or missed job opportunities.
• We are not liable for disputes between job seekers and employers. Any employment relationship is solely between the two parties.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. Since our platform is free for job seekers, this amount is typically zero.

9. Termination

We may restrict or terminate your access to OnlineTesolJob.com at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Common reasons include:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Submission of fraudulent or prohibited content.
• Repeated abuse of the platform's features.
• Inactivity over an extended period.
